Commercial Description:
Deep and dark colored, cloudy with yeast. Brewed with a darker roasted malt which adds some maltiness to the refreshing flavour of the Hefe-Weissbier.

From the bottle, pours a very dark reddish, with a decently foamy off-white head. Very nice aroma of banana, some dark malt, some chocolate. Great taste too, bananas and chocolate, just the right bit of malty and enough carbonation to keep it from being too thick. Really good beer.

Nice roasted wheat beer. Tastes of tropical fruit on the front and finishes with malty toasted chocolate. Excellent beer. Thank you Ryan at WOB Westchase for recommending this for me.

Brown, cloudy. Nice white fluffy head with a highish carbonation to make i last. Aroma of bubblegum and malty chocolate. Tastes quite fruity/banana, some dark malt and a spicy dry finish. An enjoyable beer.

Off taps at Capital Ale House. Pale Munich style malt aromas with spicy fruity yeast character. Cloudy amber brown with small fine white head. Light caramelized malt flavor with spicy fruity Belgian yeast flavors. Bubblegum and clove. Light body with moderate carbonation and fairly full mouthfeel. Dry fruity finish.

A darker, richer version of their wheat beer. Loads of rich wheat goodness balanced out by some subtle smokiness and citrus blasts from the yeast notes. A very well done beer.
