Cloudy amber pour with a foamy white lid. Heaps of citrus, hops, pine, hay and spice aromas. Full bodied with medium high carbonation. Very refreshing and vibrant with slightly sweet/sour from the citrus. Spicy with lovely pine forest sensations. Not too dissimilar to the Vitus I rated a few beers ago but less complex. Very enjoyable.

500ml bottle, Tesco. A straight-up Hefe, with plenty of cloves, spices and banana. Sweet and creamy, soft on the palate, clean lemon and orange finish, which is a bit short. Lively mouthfeel.

Bottle. Medium hazy light copper colour. White disappearing foamy head with minimal lacing. Balanced and fresh aroma is mostly banana and yeast. Malty banana flavour. Medium body. Strong carbonation. My favourite Hefe Weissbier.

500 ml bottle. A classic hefe that delivers all you’d expect from the style. Pours a deep hazy amber with a firm, fluffy white head. Aromas are banana and summer fruit. The taste brings more banana balanced with spice, some grassy hops and what appears to be rye. This is a complex and quite refreshing experience. Good value too.

12 oz bottle. Pours beautiful translucent honey with an inch of head. Familiar citrus clove nose. Taste is more of the same with a mild lingering aftertaste. Good mouth feel. An old friend.

Aroma is big orange and citrus with a hint of bread and nuts. Light golden in color with a massive foam top. Taste is incredibly sweet with flavors of orange and citrus. Thin, crisp texture with a pleasant, lingering fruity finish. Overall, A very refreshing and flavorful brew with a spectacular finish. I’d give this an A rating.
