Tap. Full, head and cloudy on the pour. Creamy, with some banana and spice. A good Weiss, but just short of being excellent. Still, a very nice beer.

Strong banana flavor with a hint of spice. Typical color and cloudiness. Smooth and easy to drink. Pretty good beer.

Swirling the bottle and adding the yeast, the hefe takes on a beautiful chilled haze - a deep golden bliss. The lively head settles into a creamy pillow top to compliment the lustrious body. The aroma is slightly musty, noting ripened banana mostly, but hinting at the spiciness ahead. The body is creamy and smooth, highlighting the yeast’s fruity and sweet esthers, which are conveyed beautifully by the smoothness of the wheat. The clean, crisp finish suits this wiezen perfectly. Very enjoyable and very drinkable.

Very creamy white rocky head. Noces is wheat, citrus and yeast, maybe even a hinty of clove? Body poured with with a amber-gold color. I had a _LOT_of huge chunks of yeast floating around in the beer after I poured. Looked almost disgusting, and with most beers you don’t want that in your beer, but with the hefeweizen’s that is part of it. I just thought it was a little much I guess. I’ll have to try another bottle and see if it is the same way. Initial flavor was light and citrusy. Finish is slightly hoppy and bananna and clove taste. This is a pretty good beer.

Bottle. Predictable aroma of citrus and yeast. Pours a cloudy deep gold with a generous soapy white head. Flavor of apples, oranges, yeast, malt. Good mouth feel, consistency of coffee with cream, lets say. Finishes far less yeasty than other hefeweizens I’ve tried, more orange and bread. Light and refreshing, if not too heavy on the flavor.

Anise ,banana, nutmeg aroma very present. A bit light bodied but very drinkable Weisse. Light bite slight hops. Lacing and head was poor in the bottles I had.

Smells great but has little body. Very little head, and an almost sour note on the finish. Not the best hefe.

Cloves, yeast, sourish, honey, light malt. Sweet, sourish, bitter, hoppy. Mouthfeel is fizzy and standard.

500ml bottle. Spicy, citric aroma, quintessential German Hefe attributes of clove and banana along with background sweetish honey and wheat malt notes. Hazy, pale golden color with a rocky white head that fades to a fine cap. Flavor profile is sweet, bready and grainy to start with a hint of vanilla, becoming fruitier and featuring plenty of citric, acidic lemon thereafter, finishing clean with a refreshing, bitter quality. Light and fluffy on the palate with a light-medium body. Highly drinkable and a classic interpretation of the style.
