I used to love this. Now I find it way too banana. But it’s still a well crafted German weissen.

Draught. Hazy golden color with soapy white head that laced the glass. Delicious estery banana and yeast aroma. Bananas, cloves, yeast flavors. This is a great example of the style.

Cloudy yellow, fine frothy white head that lasts. Estery, yeasty aroma. Falvor dominated by fruit esters with some yeasty sourness. Light hops bittering noted in the finish. Not quite as clean tasting as Ayinger or Weihenstephan, but still quite enjoyable.

Yellow and cloudy in appearance. Noticeably large head. Earthy aroma of hay. Mild sweetness and with wheaty tastes. Smooth and drinkable.

golden, hazy, frothy, lightly sour, lightly bitter, medium body, oily feel, creamy, average carbonation, Enjoyable, but not as hefewiezen as I prefer! Excellent frothy head!

Hazy light brown color with lasting white foam. It looks very good! Yeast and some citrus in the aroma. Spices and some bread in the flavor. Watery aftertaste.

Bottle from Asda. Pours cloudy orange with a fine, fluffy white head. Aroma is spicy, banana-like, wheaty, a touch fruity and a little dusty almost like it has a little damage from light. Flavour is sweet, wheaty and spicy with underlying biscuit character and notes of fruit (banana), bubble gum, alcohol, cereal, bread and a little soap. There is more banana in the aroma than in the taste. Very pleasent and well crafted hefe, excellent.

Draught with dinner at a new resturant. Was the best part of dinner although not served in a tall glass. Fine carbonation head at tastes small bubbles. Not as strong a wheat as most hefeweizens. Very refreshing in October.

Pours a hazy yellow with a nice long-lasting head. Nice lacing. Sweet and light sour. Fruity aromas of yeast and some banana. Low CO2 level. Mild and a bit watery.

The beer poured a cloudy straw color with a tan head and had good lacing. The smell was of spices with a some banana. There was a banana and ester taste, but overall the beer was a little thin. This is a decent hefe, but I have had better.
