Dark yellow, very hazy. Big head. Aroma is full of cloves. Pretty big body and an explosion of flavor.

Splendid weissbier, a rival to Weihenstephaner. This boasts a gorgeous appearance, smashing flavor, and an outrageous head (yet without being overcarbonated on the tongue, like their Dunkel). Wonderful.

UPDATED: JUN 1, 2006 Bottle. About time i updated this one. This is still quite nice. Lemon, clove, wheat, and banana esters. I think this is really solid.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2005 Great weissbier, with proper cloudy-yellow body, nice head and surprisingly complex nose and flavor; many fruits there, as well as a touch of allspice & coriander. At the end, its a bit too hoppy and bitter for the style, but still a top 5 contender.

UPDATED: MAR 1, 2008 Bottle@Home. Banana and wheat aroma but quite intense. Cloudy, yellow color, white firm head, good lace. Sweet, banana, hint of toffee, light bitterness. Nice mouthfeel, smooth. Very nice German Weizen example.
