I really enjoy this Hefe. Nice orange cloudy appearance, with a head that lasts forever. Banana and cloves are apparent. Sweet taste and aroma. I can get this in my area for $9.00 a 12-pak of bottles. Cannot beat that price. It is worth much much more.

3.7 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cloudy orangish body with a volcanic rocky head. Probably the biggest I’ve seen for the style. Aroma is typical banana, clove, yeast, wheat, etc... but later also a hint of alcohol. Flavor is a step above the ’typical’ hefe making this an enjoyable experience. A tad bit of alcohol in the flavor, usually I can’t detect any.

sweet fruity aroma. pours cloudy yellowish amber color with large white head. Have to agree on the strong banana flavor. nice and fluffy. not as good as i anticipated. My first german Hefeweizen though so i just might not like the style. Ok beer though.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
Cloudy, golden yellow color with a tinge of yeast. On tap in Germany. Aromas are somewhat citrusy, but banana fruits dominate the flavor. Medium bodied, yeasty wheat beer with a nice pleasant finish without being excessively sweet.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
12oz bottle pours cloudy golden with a fluffy white head that stays and laces some on the sides of the glass. Aroma is citrus, some bannana, and a touch of clove. Flavor is much like the aroma. Somewhat more sour than the usual hefe.. Not in a bad kind of way though fairly pleasant. Palate is light and fluffy and very drinkable. Not bad at all.

Pours light, golden tan. Smells somewhat sour to me. Not sure how else to describe the flavor to much. Does have a apple cider like appeal to it. Finishs very clean. Very little aftertaste. Has alot of flavor to me. Again, not sure what they are. Yeast is the flavor I am getting the most of. Very dirnkable
