Solid weiss, really good off tap. Allgauer and Farny still the best though.

Cloves, banana, and a bit of vanilla mingled together for a lasting aroma. The bier poured a yellow gold that was cloudy. Had a thick, white head with nice retention. Wheat and clove flavors with a medium tartness. A moderate amount of carbonation with a light finish. I enjoyed the creamy texture, which was good although down to the remnants of the head. Well balanced - none of the phenols were overpowering.

Draft. Deep, murky golden color. Nose had hints of bananna and clove. Tasted wonderful, refreshing and spicy. A solid Hefe-Weiss.

murky peached tan color, lovely rich yeasty scent. all the usual hefe characteristics -- better than tucher but not as good as paulaner or weihestephaner.

Amber colour with a beautiful head. Aroma of rhubarb and mint tea. The flavour is well-balanced and slightly acid. The finish is very poor. Not terrible.

Not with so much flavor, as expected, but anyway it has it, and with a bit of banana in it??
