Cloudy orange to beige beer, big creamy solid white head, very stable, bit adhesive. Aroma: sweet ripe banana, some fudge, caramel, sweet malts, spices, little grassy, bit peppery. MF: good carbon, medium to full body. Taste: quite some banana, citrus, wheat, bit sweet and malty, refreshing. Aftertaste: green banana, hint of citrus, carbon (?) sourness, little sweet, slightly hoppy. Very decent Hefeweizen!

Bottled. Murky range/yellow with lots of head. Bready and spicy (mostly cloves) in the mouth, banana all the way down.

Pours a cloudy golden color with a thick creamy white head. Wheat, yeast and banana aromas. Wheat, banana and some yeast flavors. Smooth and refreshing finish.

Nebuloso color biondo carico con massiccio cappello di schiuma bianca saponosa. Aroma di banana, lievito e fieno con più lievi sentori di bubblegum e limone; gusto ben bilanciato, speziato, debolmente fruttato e maltato con un finale amarognolo e delicatamente luppolato. Corpo lieve, struttura acquosa ma setosa, effervescenza vivace. Un classico dello stile di buona qualità.

Fruity aroma, clear white head. Beautiful hazy yellow colour. Fruity flavor, with some sweetness. Nice weissbier!

Aroma: Very pleasant, but quite weak. Sweet fruit aromas and cereals.
Appearance: Pours a nice head, quickly fades. Cloudy golden appearance.
Taste: Slightly sour, but very nice blend of fruit and wheat flavours, great combination.
Palate: Slightly too carbonated, but subsides quickly and is extremely smooth in the mouth.
Overall: Probably the best all around wheat beer I’ve ever had, not too fruity, very drinkable. Flavours work extremely well.

50cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow-orange with a huge white head. Malty, yeasty fruity banana aroma. Fruity flavour with no bitterness. Refreshing. Classic Hefe

A delicate malty, cereal aroma, with light floral notes. The appearance is a beautiful golden hue, with a pale goldenrod head. The sweet cereal flavor sits well on the palate.

Nice wheat, banana and hay aroma. Distinct taste of wheat, banana bread, lime and yeast. Perfect acidity, very well balanced. Long wonderful finish. A fantastic weissbier!

Orange and hoppy nutes in taste. Grainy palate with honey nute. Short finish. White and thin foam. Orange-like colour.
