One of the best weiss beers I’ve had! Once you pour you get the immediate citrus flavor but it’s not overpowering. Looking at the glass you pour it it in is like a lava lamp with bubbles. Tastes great, smooth and nice finish.

Bright amber color, half-transparent, middle carbonation, little foam. Smell of fallen leaves, banana, freshness. Taste is half sweet, half sour, very gentle with a bit bitterness (very bit). Aftertaste - dried squid, sour, spicery. Really nice beer. Can recommend to everybody who wants to try the german Hefe-Weissbier.

From keg. Hazy copper with a firm, warm off white head with slight lacings. Aroma is sweet and bready, banana, citrus, grains. Taste is stylistically leaning toward the malty side, banana, bread, minimal bitterness. Doesn’t get tol sweet however, gets a bit dry towards the end. Medium body, low carbo. Clean.

Clear golden, lots of carb, slightly hazy. Smells sweet bakery (yeast?), wheat. Sweet, medium bodied witbier, nice and refreshing with a hint of bitterness in the end.

Wheats and malt, a slight taste of herbs and banana. Not too fizzy, a smooth and pleasant taste, really liked this one!

UPDATED: MAY 2, 2016 Bottle. Really big white head. I believe that I never saw so much foam in hefeweizen, like this. Hazy, orange color. In nose classic banana and yeast notes, maybe some caramel. Flavor is also banana and some lemony notes. Full body. Sweet finish. Actually, not so carbonized. Overall: good.

12 oz. bottle. Pour is pale gold and hazy with a very large 3+ finger fluffy white head. Aroma of banana, wheat, and spices. Similar taste, with hints of clove. Finish is light and refreshing, but has just a touch of tanginess.
