Simplified but still excellent weiss. Seems that they really managed to delete the cloudiness and some yeastiness without losing much of anything else; impressive.

Clear golden color, huge white head. Aroma is bubblegum, yeast, some wheat and banana. Taste is same. Soft carbonation, thin body, medium to heavy sweet. What’s the point?

Nice clean banana aroma with a touch of clove. Straw coloured and clear, a little grey. Nice, clean taste, refined obviously, for a wheat beer. Good medium high carbonation,a little thin bit very pleasant and in my opinion, quaffable without being dull.
