2.9 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle. Pours a light golden hue with a nice long lasting head. Tastes like an almost weiss beer. Flavors are almost there but not quite. Mostly watery and although hardly unpleasent, still not great either.

3.1 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottle at home (031012).
Light amber with a large white head, almost lasting, fine lacings. Aroma moderate malty and yeasty, light hoppy (coriander, citrus). Flavor moderate sweet and acidic, light bitter. Light body, watery, lively carbonated. Not as full a flavor as the unfiltered version.

2.7 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 11/20
From the bottle, pours a clear, somewhat pale golden color with a bubbly white head that doesn’t last too long. Smells kinda sweet, a bit fruity, really no bananas or bubble gum in this one. More malty aromas than anything. Tastes malty as well, and a bit heavier than expected. I much prefer Franziskaner’s hefe-weiss over this one.

2.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
(bottle) Clear and pale golden colour with a big lacy foamy white head. Dusty and yeasty sweet wheat-malty aroma with strong notes of banana, slightly clovy. Sweet wheat-malty and banana-fruity taste, cripy mouthfeel, moderate body, dense clovy notes in the slim finish. All in all a nice Kristallweizen.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
500ml bottle. Malty, fruity aroma, plenty of wheat and citrus with lighter additions of white bread with butter and honey alongside touches of clove and spicy hop. Light sparkling golden color with a voluminous white head that settles. Flavor profile is lightly sweet and malty to start, becoming fruitier throughout and culminating with some gentle tartness, banana, clove and lemon, perhaps some lingering tea leaf, herbal hop flavors and cake. Highly effervescent, gently acidic mouthfeel with a light-medium body. Mild and unassuming.

2.7 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
50 cl bottle. No yeast in bottom. Light golden clear colour with nice fizzy head. Great aroma of wheat and bread. Very disapointed taste for a wheatbeer, very light flavour og wheat that ends up little watery...

2.6 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 2/5 OVERALL 11/20
Bottle (from Sainsburys). Aroma of banana (medicine), and odd grassy lager like hops. Sweet but quite thin again suggesting cheap lager.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Sampled from bottle. Pours a clear, pale yellow with a tall, frothy, white head. A mild, banana and clove aroma predicts the flavor with the exception of a floral hop addition. Semi-sweet, medium-bodied and well-carbonated. A well-made, yet unchallenging beer.

3.3 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 13/20
Pours a clear light yellow with a massive off-white head. Aroma is clove, apples, dusty yeast. Taste is cookie, bready, lightly sweet malts. Light bodied and highly carbonated. Similar to the hefe, but more malt emphasis, quite restrained esters in the taste. Impressive for a kristall, but I need more bananas.

3.8 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 2/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
well, an incredible kristall, exremely complex with a biterfinish. So much going on, candy sugar, vanillar, fruits with some hints of lemon. This is the best kristall ever, and that´s a fact!
