50 cl bottle. Clear golden with a white foamy head. Low to medium carbonation. Low bitterness and medium sweetness. Wheat and barley aroma. A decent weissbier.

Sour taste with citric nutes. Sour palate with hoppy nutes. Short finish. White foam, medium thick, disappearing very fast. Very light colour.

Biere de froment limpide a la couleur jaune pale. Beau collet mais fuyant. Les aromes sont faibles (herbe, cereale). L’attaque se porte sur la banane meme si la saveur est legere. Assez portee sur le sucre tout en restant mince en bouche cela en fait une bonne biere de soif.

Bottle @ Home. Pours golden with a white head, lively bubbles. Aroma of wheat, little sweet fruit. Flavor is wheat, light grain, little banana, bubblegum. Medium body, lively carbonation. Easy drinkable, but not very interesting. 020513

Pours pale golden color body, transparent, very lively carbonated. the usual huge white head, maybe not so creamy as others from the same brewer. Aroma is malty, bread, wheat. Body is mooth, refreshing mouthfeel, carbonation is high. Taste is yeasty, remembers of wheat and banana.

Bottle. Pours a clear golden body, with a huge head, that settles down wuickly, but stays until I finish my glass. Yeast pretty much dominates the aroma, but not as the weisse counterpart. More delicate aroma, and, as the beer gets warmer, becomes more fruity. Ligt bitter, and light sweet taste, notes of fruits, pretty watery though. Average carbonation, watery texture, light bodied. A very good one.

Big but quickly disappearing head. Clear golden colour. Avarage to high carbonation. Not so intensive aroma, but mostly yeasty. Interesting taste, malts with banana. Sweet and refreshing.

bottle @ home. un abominio. se vuoi la weizen senza lievito... forse non vuoi una weizen??? gli aromi sono verticalmente meno presenti che nella versione classica, l’occhio, che vuole la sua parte, è deluso da una birra che sembra una panaché. troppo gasata e troppo poco pastosa in bocca, si perde il piacere dell’aggiunta di frumento.

On tap (0.5 l) at Mexicali, Marburg... Clear golden color, short head. Looks like apple juice... Some nice citrus aroma, almost no hops...Mild, little bit artificial taste like cleaning soap... Not a real Weizen taste...

Nice tangy aroma. Citrus, wheat, ad blueberries. Light and frothy. Very refreshing. I prefer Erdinger's Kristall
