500ml bottle. Cloudy amber colour with average, frothy, fairly lasting, off-white head. Fresh citrusy aroma with spicy yeasty notes. Taste is malty, bread and toffee notes, spicy yeasty overtones, prickling carbonation. Ok, not more.

Bottle. Light brown with a thick yellowish white foam. Yeasty crisp strong aroma.
Taste is mildly yeasty and bready with some banana in the background. This is replaced rather quickly with an overpowering alcoholic aftertaste.
Seems like Franziskaner has removed some of the better qualities of their regular weissbier. In exchange we get a higher alcoholic content which doesn't serve its purpose here. A good wheat beer none the less.

UPDATED: MAY 5, 2013 Bottle @ Pub called Friedl in Schwabing, München [27.4.2013]. Hazy deep golden beer with a frothy off-white head. Aroma is quite sweet with fruitiness with toasted wheat. Flavour is sweet and sour at the same time. Medium+ bodied and soft mouthfeel. A tasty and personal German hefeweizen, nice!

It’s unclear warm golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma is fairly mild with subtle notes of yeast, wheat and fruit. The sweet flavor has lovely notes of yeast, fruit, wheat and initially a slight touch of alcohol. The finish is slightly spicy. Not overly interesting...

Bottle on ski trip in Germany. Bold amber body with medium head. Nose is citrus and plenty of caramel. taste is bananas, wheat and malts. Enjoyable.

Bottle @ Home. Pours a nice looking hazy burnt orange with a white head. Aroma of wheat, light yeast, little corn, light fruit. Flavor is wheat, yeast, sweet, caramel, light fruityness. Medium body, average carbonation. 250313

Sweet wbeat malty profile brew without any bad expressions. Not unripe fruits in flavor so i like the purity of this beer according to style. Althou high carbonation levelc persists and also first saps was very dry. Finish is dry but not flowery liked this. Indeed yeasty profile. Liked. Because was drinking from bottle apperance awrage

Orange with little bit smaller head than the normal in a weizen.
Aroma is yeast with the traditional banana notes and some blueberrys.
In mouth you cand find some banana notes with bread and caramel. Metalic finish.

The head is much and medium robust, the body orange-brown and cloudy. It smells yeasty, a bit sweet, a bit bitter, creamy. The taste is yeasty, soft sweet, less bitter, bit fruity. Overall medium. 10/10/10/9/10/9
