Clear dark brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, chocolate, sweet malt. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet sugary, roasted, chocolate, wood. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20140328]

Una piccola perla tra le stout italiane, ogni volta che la trovo faccio un salto di gioia! Colore scuro e medio-opaco, corpo abbastanza denso. Aroma tostato e di caffé. Gusto con note tostate, caffé e un elegante sentore di liquirizia. Grado alcolico importante, che però passa inosservato. BBona!!
