33cl bottle at the own Brasserie (6.8 degrees on the label). Murky brown with tan head, creamy and persistent. Good lacin. Slightly aroma to toasted malts. Flavour is toasted, bready, with a light final dense on the palate and a long aftertaste to caramel. Carbonation is medium to high. Body is medium. Texture is oily.

bouteille 33cl. Couleur cuivrée brumeuse avec une mousse beige effervescente qui disparait très vite. Arôme reste moyen si je la compare à La Givrée, ressort une fine note de cara malt avec un épice minime. Bière en bouche est épicée, malté et caramel, note de grains, allant sur biscuité qui ressort plus que son autre version. Houblon rajoute une légère note de citron amer, le tout reste moyen avec un léger problème de carbonation dès l’ouverture de la bouteille.

(Bottled) Grainy malt, yeast, dark fruitiness, sweet berries in the nose. Flavor is berry-sweetish with yeast and fruit. Quite foamy with lots of CO2. Not very professionally made, but in a strange way I like this. 5245

Bottle 33cl.
Clear medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, spicy, light to moderate yeasty, light alcoholic. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20090307]

Bottled@Zythos Beer Fstival 2009. Yellowish low head. Hazy, copper colored body. Aroma of lightly toasted malts. A faint whiff of fruits and spices. Taste is rather neutral. Light sweet, toasted malts, mild fruitiness and modest bitterness. Light-bodied and quite fizzy. Malty, light bitter ending.

Bottle at ZBF09. Good spicy hop aroma. Clear nut brown colour. Very small tan head. The flavour has the same spiciness as the aroma, a herbal note. Unfortunately it is a bit weak.

ZBF 2009. Red-amber colored beer. Aroma of dark fruits. Fruity and sweet taste. Very malty ending. A bit roasted. Nothing special.
