(swing top bottle, thanks to Quack-Duck) Hazy, pale golden colour with a huge, minimal off-white foamy head. Yeasty, light-sweet and fruity (citrus, apricots) aroma, also slightly milky with spots of herbal hops. Light-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a fizzy carbonation. Yeasty, malt-accented taste with apricot-fruity notes; moderately dry, yeasty and slightly hop bitter finish. Likeable Zwickel, but it is not a Kellerbier (04.07.08).

Bügelverschlußflasche (Dank an Stefan !): Hazy, pale golden, huge fluffy white head, quite persistent; sweet grainy-fruity and slightly hoppy nose; soft MF, moderate sweet-bitter flavour, light bodied;more bitterness in the sweet-malty finish. O.K.........
