It’s slightly hazy golden with a creamy, white head. The aroma has notes of malt, bread, light butterscotch and flower. The flavor has a light sweetness and the same notes as the aroma, and the finish is dry. I love the bready feel about this one, it’s quite harmonic.

Bottle (purchased at the brasserie): Hazy, pale golden, big stable lacy white head; grainy nose, a bit cellary; moderate, almost robust bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied; lingering bitter-hoppy and grainy finish. Very satisfying Helles....

bottle from pivnizub - danke! Clear golden colour, mid-sized white head. Malty base with herb-accented hops in ther finish. Smooth and easy-going.

(bottle) Clear, pale golden colour with a blond mid-sized foamy head. Discreet aroma of mildly strawy malt and herbal hops. Slightly sweet and bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a well-carbonated mouthfeel. Pale malt character with herbal hops from the beginning; moderately dry and bitter herbal hoppy finish. UPDATED: DEC 23, 2010 Malty, dusty aroma. Just a bit of a barnyard smell. Herbal bitter flavor with a hint of peppermint. Malty and medecinal. Somewhat dirty and dusty.
Anotehr bottle tasted in 2010 tasted cleaner and a bit more grassy, but never gave the impression that this is an over average beer.
