Alla spina al BQ, l’ho abbastanza apprezzata soprattutto per il suo carattere fresco e abbastanza fragrante, ma ho il sospetto che l’acidità sia un comodo fattore per nascondere o fagocitare nell’impressione qualche difettuccio.

Alc. 5.5%. Light unclear light to medium orange yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, barley, oat notes, moderate yeasty, ginger, sweet vinegar. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate acidic with a average to long duration. Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of lemon and coriander. The flavor is sweet with notes of coriander, pomerans, lemon, and wheat, leading to a dry finish.

cloudy orange, small white head. slightly sourish, yellow fruity, sort of belgian, flavor is refreshingly citrussy, faint yellow fruity wheat. very nice, very refreshing.

From tap in milan, shiny yellow with a small white head, lambic like aroma with some forest fruits and chocolate, quite unique and surprising, flavor is rather disappointing with a lemon acidity, some salty tones and zesty mouthfeel, finish is bitter, medium body. Intresting.
