For this style this beer was great. Light crisp and refreshing. nice crispness to the finish. Thickness was correct for the style.

A hazy straw color with a short lasting white head. Nice lacing on side of glass. This beer was nice and crisp taste. It was the perfect complement to the Meatloaf, sauerkraut, and red cabbage I had for lunch. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pale gold, white head. Smells sweet and yeasty with some pit fruit. Tastes like it smells, with more of a doughy fresh bread start. I rather liked the fruitiness of this beer, even if it doesn’t impress overall.

(Draught) Pours a clear pale yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of lemon, grass, and grain. Flavor of lemon and grain with a mildly bitter finish.

All round pretty lame. I held out hope that a town w/ German heritage might get this right. *sigh*

Tap at brewery

Pours a bit too clear yellow with an aroma of subtle clove and banana. Flavor is sour bubblegum. Palate is watery. Too light. Too helles.

A clean, light lager, true to style. I enjoyed a couple of these in room temp. pint glasses in early Dec.’05 after it won a gold medal at the GABF. The brewer assured me that he uses niether corn or shit in any of his beers. Even though I prefer ales over lagers, I am always pleased with this brewery’s lager beers.

Another average beer from this brewery. I got lots of adjunct in this beer....I mean, I guess it had some maltiness to it, but it wasnt pleasant at all, just some corn and shit. Memo to this brewery: stop serving your beer in ice cold glasses!
