Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of spices. The flavor is sweet with notes of matl, caramel, and sharp spices, leading to a sharp and dry finish. A bit odd.

Bottle. Pours a clear, deep golden/amber/ruby with a greyish beige/brown head. Aroma is dusty and sweetish with slight notes of sweet liquorice as well as notes of chocolate in a bad way. Flavour is tart and malty with notes of butter. Same finish, with additional notes of carame land liquorice. A bit too much carbonation. Overall it’s just too much. 12.08.11.
