COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Mange tak for hjælpen Hans!!!

Bottle, bought @ Havnens Vin & Tobak, Vejle.
Pours a lovely, deep red chestnut with a fine, medium, staying, creamy, off-white head. Aroma is sweet, mild sugary, some chocolate, caramel, mildly toasted, Belgian sugars, a tad milky. Highish carbonation, fair dry and light creamy palate. Flavour does have a lot of Belgian sugars, but they add sweetness, sugary notes, roasted malts, milky chocolate and some nutty characters to the flavour. Fairly sweet, perhaps, but there is a good deal of character to the sugars used, so it is actually quite nice.

It’s unclear mahogany-red with a golden, creamy head. The aroma has notes of dark candy-sugar and dark fruits. The flavour is sweet with notes of dark candy-sugar and syrup, prunes and raisins, and in the finish I find some tart/harsh grapefruit.

Copper with a big and lasting off-white head. Weak aroma of caramel and toffee with a bit of Belgian yeast. Sweet toffee and dark sugar flavour, almost a creme brulee note from all the sugar. Very short aftertaste.

500 ml bottle sampled in 2011. Almost clear, reddish amber body with a small off-white head. Mild and nice aroma of caramel, brown sugar, toast, dry fruit and liquorish. Flavor is sweet malt, burnt sugar, dry fruit, some yeast and moderate bitterness. Balanced body and sweet malty aftertaste with caramel. Not totally in balance here, but quite nice actually.
