Jul 1, 2008 Bottle at Chris_o birthday bash 08. Black with thin tan head. Roasted malts, smoke, ashy. Quite deep malts. Deep mouthfeel. Some bitter choc. I quite liked it.

Jun 21, 2008 Bottle.Creamy lightbrown excellent fully lasting head. Black colour. Heavy malty and hoppy aroma, very smoked! Powerfull bitter flavor with strong licorice and smoked notes. Long nice finish. Creamy palate. Very nice beer.
