15/05/2013 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Color pesca giallona, lattiginosa, torbidissima, schiuma bianca modesta e poco persistente. Al naso sgradevole solvente, sentori erbacei, agrumati e di pesca, stantia. In bocca č un minestrone di lieviti e diacetile, pessima, con retrogusto disgustoso e purtroppo assai persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione eccessiva. Ai limiti dell’imbevibile.

Fark orange color, much hazy aspect with a good foamy head of long resistance. Very fresh and crisp nose, little sour notes, very hoppy smell with notes of dried daisy and aged flower, cellar final. Good prickly body, much perfumed and winous flowery content, modest alcoholic perception, no bitter presence.

Light unclear medium amber to orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light straw, moderate hoppy, orange - citrus, grass, dusty hops, sweet hops. Flavour is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, sweet hops, mango, caramel. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20121215]
