330ml bottle. Aroma: malt, floral. Appearance: red, hazy, minimal head. Taste: medium sweetness. Palate: light body, thin feel, soft carbonation.

02/04/2013 Brasserie 4:20 (tap). Ambrata carica, molto limpida, schiuma bianco sporca con venature giallognole, non molto persistente. Al naso sentori netti di malto, caramello, note fruttate ed erbacee. In bocca è dolciastra, note di caramello e amaro non troppo spinto, diacetile un po’ eccessivo. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione soft. Non è malaccio, ma andrebbe rifinita.

Color rame e buona quantità di schiuma, carbonatazione fin troppo abbondante, aromi di malto e caramello con alcuni note un po? pungenti, sapori di malto e caramello seguiti note amare un po confuse. Nel complesso quasi sufficiente per le frequenti note fuori tono al naso e al palato.

Bottle @ the brewery. Amber color with a thick white head. Malty aroma, with some slighty yeasty note. Taste is caramel, a bit hoppy, but not in an intrusive way. Some metallic note (pleasant). Bitter and dry finish
