This hefty IPA marries a simple malt bill (consisting largely of domestic Pilsner malt) and an exciting new hop variety coming out of Australia named Galaxy. Medium to full bodied and deep gold in color, this ale explodes with flavors of passion fruit, papaya, mango, and peach. Hints of American-like citrus-hop flavors finish out the fruit-heavy profile, ending in a clean lingering bitterness. Due to the strength and high cost of materials, this beer will be served in 10 ounce glasses only for the price of a full 14 ounce draught.

10 oz tulip draft at the brew pub in Lawrence, Kansas. Pour is a hazed orange golden with a nice one inch off white head. Layers of lacing is left on the glass as the beer drinks down. Aroma is grapefruit citrus, resin, and some onion skin. Taste is the malt resin, grapefruit, citrus peel, and finishing with nutty earthiness. Interesting and bright flavors. Palate is medium bodied, un filtered mouth feel, and a dry mineral resin finish. Nice one.
