12 ounce bottle. Pours a very dark brown color with a thin creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of nuts, roasted malts, oats and mild vegetal hops. The taste is roasted malts, chocolate, coffee, nuts, bitter hops. Medium bodied. Solid.

Pours black with two finger dense beige head. The aroma is malty, typical stout aroma. The taste is roasted malts and oatmeal. It’s kind of thin but with a nice creamy texture.

Mid black with a good sized tan head.
Nose is dark malt, rubber, honey, brown sugars.
Taste comprises light roast malt, touch of honey, toffee fudge, molasses.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, dry roasty finale.
Decent enough stout.

12oz bottle. Pours a very deep brown/black color with small tan head. Aroma of mild toasted malts, hints of chocolate, and some nuttiness. Taste is much the same. Chocolate, mild roasted coffee, and a light nuttiness.

Pours an inky black with a thin, tan head that stays. Decent lacing. Aroma is dryly malty. Silky but slightly effervescent mouthfeel. Subtle hop flavor balanced by roasted malts. Good finish. Very nice.

Pours a deep brown with amber notes and a creamy light tan head. Aroma of milk chocolate, caramel and honey roasted nuts. Flavor of roasted malt, dark chocolate, nuts and caramel.

Quintessential oatmeal stout. Pours black with a beige head. Very smooth mouthfeel. Sweet on the outset, but no cloying aftertaste. Instead finishes char bitter, that typical oat bitterness. If you like oatmeal stouts, you’ll like this. If not, you won’t.

Bottle from Bob - thanks! Black pour with a substantial, rocky tan head. Aroma is oats, grain, roast, light coffee, and minimal malt sweetness on the finish. Taste is clean oats and roast with a slightly char character followed by some coffee, chocolate, and light hop bitterness. Smooth, airy mouthfeel. Great beer.
