COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION The name biere de garde literally means "beer which has been kept or lagered." A traditional artisanal farmhouse ale from Northern France brewed in early spring and kept in cold cellars for consumption in warmer weather. The Savoir-Fare is a deep golden hued interpretation of this classic style, employing pale and wheat malts and a smattering of Perle and Mt. Hood hops.
