COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This bold, blonde American IPA employs a healthy dose of wheat malt and generous amounts of Crystal, Centennial, and Citra hops. The hops provide a great citrusy bouquet and abundant notes of grapefruit and orange, while the wheat malt provides a crisp tartness to this lighter-bodied IPA.

UPDATED: JUN 7, 2014 Pours clear gold with a couple inches of white head. Aroma is light pine, light citrus. Taste is earthy, resin, mild bitterness. Body is very thin, lacking in carbonation. Overall there are no off flavors or aromas, just nothing very noteworthy whatsoever. Decent at best.

Pint on tap. Clear copper with a lasting island of foam. Nose is resin, juicy orange and grapefruit, and a touch of caramel. Tastes the same with a touch of toast. Light-medium body has medium carbonation and a good balance.

EtTuCthulhu (1376) - Columbia, Missouri, USA - JUL 6, 2015
The beer pours a very clear light orange color with a medium white head that fades quickly. The aroma blends light malts and resin hops, and the taste is mildly bitter and a touch sour with an aftertaste that is grassy in addition to resiny. The palate fuses a medium-light body, lively carbonation, and a slightly sticky texture. Overall, the beer is one-dimensional, and that one dimension isn’t that great.

Deep golden color with a bit of a haze. Creamy eggshell head. Soft citrus hops nose. This is an easy drinking hop forward beer with a bit of a bite. Bready malts with strong orange peel, red grapefruit juice and some tangerine citrus notes and a strong grapefruit rind bite in the finish. Interesting take on the IPA.

From the bottle, the pour is clear, light orange with a quickly dissipating head. The aroma is hops a little skunky hops, but no overly distinct flavors. The taste is crisp not over hopped, but bitter. Not a lot of depth to the beer, just primarily hops and water and very little malts at all. Mouthfeel watery. There is an lingering bitter after taste.

From a bottle. Aroma is of grassy, dank hops. Taste is more of the same with a copper finish. Bitterness on the palate. All in all, a great beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Pours a clear amber with a medium off white head. Moderate lacing. Nose is dank hop, dry crackery malt and maybe a hint of rye. Medium mouthfeel, just a touch slick. Resinous and floral hops. A little tropical fruit and a little pale malt on the finish. I’m not really getting any wheat. Finishes dry and piney. Ok.

Aroma is pine, dank hops and hints of wheat and earth. The flavor is citrus, light tropical fruit/pine needles, wheat, slightly creamy and a mild/medium bitter finish.

On draft. Aromas of toffee and honey. Flavor of toffee, piney hops, toasted finish. Not sure how it’s summery, but it’s damn good.
