COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Golden IPA uses Pilsner and Munich malts to give it a bright, warm color and features American and Australian Galaxy hops to create an aroma that’s citrusy and tropical. It’s a welcome ray of sunshine during the long, cold winters in the Free State.

Tap at old chicago Manhattan, KS-pours bright orange with an eggshell rocky white head. nose of floral hops, pine, lite resin, and herbal quality with some decent lacing as well. flavors are lots of pine and resin lots of gin like quality however there is a medicinal flavor that overpowers most of the flavors in the middle of the sip. Is that sorrachi ace i detect? For some reason, i do get a lemon cleaner flavor here. decent but not great.

Pours a beautiful amber red, a deep amber, between a dopplebock and an IPA, small head and thin lacing, nose is very hoppy, smells of cascade hops and citrus fruit; tastes hoppy bitter, rich; smooth and dry, longish finish, OVERALL: Very nice

First! 12oz. bottle served in a shaker pint glass. This just hit the streets last week, so it is very fresh. Poured a brilliant reddish gold with a finger of off white head. Very fragrant. Great citrus/pine hop aroma. Flavor follows the aroma. Nice dose of hop bitterness. Some malt sweetness upfront. Solid malt base. Medium bodied. Drying finish from the hop bitterness. Very drinkable. Nothing crazy, just fresh, local beer, which always works for me.
