COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This Golden IPA uses Pilsner and Munich malts to give it a bright, warm color and features American and Australian Galaxy hops to create an aroma that’s citrusy and tropical. It’s a welcome ray of sunshine during the long, cold winters in the Free State.

Pours a beautiful amber red, a deep amber, between a dopplebock and an IPA, small head and thin lacing, nose is very hoppy, smells of cascade hops and citrus fruit; tastes hoppy bitter, rich; smooth and dry, longish finish, OVERALL: Very nice

12oz Bottle A - Pours clear amber with a small white head. Ok lacing. S - Resiny hops & sweet citrus. T - Resin, pine grapefruit, thought there would be a bigger malt backbone because of the color. M - Medium bodied, tingling carbonation, bitter finish. O - Nice solid IPA.

12oz bottle courtesy of RobertDale. Pours a clear copper color with a white head. Nose is some biscuity malt, some light fruit, some pine, and some citrus. Flavor starts with some biscuit, then goes to pine and some citrus with lingering pine in the finish. Medium in body and nice overall.

12 oz. bottle. Pours amber colored, clear with 2 inch white frothy head that lingered and left some web-y lacing. Aroma is all hops and very pleasant. I got a lot of grapefruit and other citrus with some floral notes as well. Taste is similarly a lot of citrus and hops flavors. It has a medium body, a little fuller than most single IPA’s I’ve had.

It poured a copper color with an off-white head. The aroma was citrusy hoppy. The taste was a nice balance of citrus, fruity hoppiness and a caramel maltiness with a little bitterness. Very well done.

tulip. bronze color with a clean body and tall and thin head. Smell like lemon zest and rustic metal. The flavor reflects the smell but a little bit of roasted pine nuts.

a really in between beer. amber colored ipa with enogh malt presence to make it weird if you were expecting an ipa, and then not enough roast by a longshot to be close to a black ipa. a big almost.

Grapefruit and pine resin aroma. Bitterness pretty much overwhelms the malt.
