COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
While Two Rivers is still working on setting up their own brewing system, they went down to Perkasie to collaborate with Free Will Brewing Company on a cherry blossom wheat beer. Hanami, a Japanese word associated with the custom of admiring cherry blossoms, is now on draft at Two Rivers and is also available around the area in 12oz bottles wherever Free Will is sold.

In the aroma I get honey, meadow, earthy, & stone fruit - cherry. The appearance is hazy straw yellow. The taste is very bubbly with carbonation with a sweet honey-cherry start & dry finish. Overall a very drinkable beer - crisp and refreshing. Cheers!

Wow, quite the rare pete. Bottle from a trade, can’t recall who. Very perfumey nose that is almost candy like. Pours a medium white head that dies quickly with a little bit of lace. Grainy aroma as it warms. Taste is like a cherry 7 up. Slightly tart with a ton of carbonation, almost hard to get down a gulp. some light citrus notes to the flavor as well. The carbonation hurts my chest, but otherwise, I think this tastes just like a cherry 7 up.

This eas an interesting beer, poured a clody golden yellow with aromas of light cherrips, lemons, clove, flowers and some yeast. Flavors were the same, all over the place, interesting.

pours a hazy blond with a thick white head. aroma has mild cherry and clovey spice...wheaty/yeasty. flavor is fairly grassy/spicy for a fruit wheat beer...perfumey...cherry is very faint. mouthfeel is light and super carbonated...too much so...finish dries out to earthy/spicy hop notes.

Bottle from Mari’s. Pours hazy yellow with an immense white head. There is tons of carbonation in the glass and the beer nearly gushed through the cap. The aroma is sour cherry, plenty of grain, a vinous note. The taste is very effervescent and has a light sweetness of lemon and cherry. Just OK for me.

Pours cloudy unclear thick lemon juice with a white head. Aroma and flavor bring the cherry blossoms for sure, a somewhat sweet floral berry profile. The base of the white ale is there, herbs seem to be muted from the faint cherry flavors.

Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is earthy, wheat, hints of florals. Taste is sweet with just a touch of tartness. Sounds more interesting then it drinks.
