COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Destiny’s Wit – Our traditionally-styled Belgian White Ale is crafted using a variety of malts and spices. Rather than competing for individual attention these ingredients harmonize for a complex, well-rounded, drinking experience. A silky feeling envelops the palate; subtle sweetness balances the spice before yielding to a delicate, tart, finish that is highlighted with a touch of white pepper. 5.7% ABV / 12 IBUs

Pours a cloudy pale orange with a generous white head. Fermented citrus and malt aroma. Taste of sweet and sour citrus perhaps orange and grapefruit. Finishes with citrus hops, but leaves a sweet aftertaste.

Clean crisp aroma. Some what cloudy on a pale yellow color. Nice lacing. Fairly flat with just a tad of sizzle. Bubble gum and banana spices in there fer sure but not artificial. Mild and easy goind, fun and enjoyable. Overall a good example of a mild hefe, but not sure if this is a whit beir or not. Certainly lacks any attributes of a wheat ale.

Opaque blond color. Little white remnants of head/lace. Aroma of corn, malt, spice, coriander, citrus and wheat. Flavor is citrus, peppercorns, wheat, malt. Light body, stronger ABV than expected. Respect.

Bottle from Liquor Outlet. Very cloudy pale orange with white head and lace. Ripe orange with mild coriander aroma. Orange wheat tangy with herbal spicy peppery bitterness. Trying too hard for complexity. Pepper is too much. Soft mouthfeel but too full bodied for style. Okay.

Bottle into a tulip glass. Pour is a very light yellow, it looks like lemon aide. Aroma is weak. Taste is crisp and smooth. Finish is a bitter wash.

A very nice and light summer beer. Play a soccer game and drink this down ice cold. You'll be ready for another 45. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

12oz single from Wine Academy. Poured a thin clear straw gold with a smaller white bubbly head. Aroma is blah, sticks, earth, old dark fruit, dark grains. Medium mouthfeel, lighter carbonation, average duration on the aftertaste. Flavor is Belgian yeast, pepper, bad bread, hint of lemon zest, brown fruits. The aroma and even to a lesser extent the flavor reminds me of a dubbel.

12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Cloudy, yellow, lots of yeast floating around, nice little, white little head, that went away quick but left lots of lacing on the glass. Citrus fruit and spice on the nose. Taste is spicy, with some citrus notes and grain. Nice finish, enjoyable beer.
