COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Destiny’s Wit – Our traditionally-styled Belgian White Ale is crafted using a variety of malts and spices. Rather than competing for individual attention these ingredients harmonize for a complex, well-rounded, drinking experience. A silky feeling envelops the palate; subtle sweetness balances the spice before yielding to a delicate, tart, finish that is highlighted with a touch of white pepper. 5.7% ABV / 12 IBUs

Hazy yellow pour. Fruity aroma. Tastes like banana pudding. Soft with no carbonation. Opposite of crisp. Good chick beer but not a good wit.

Hazy straw colored body, minimal head, and sparse lacing. Orange, lemon, corriander, and pepper. Sweet grainy cereals. Medium to light bodied, assertive carbonation, not dry enough, muddled spiced finish.

Slightly tart, hazy orange, orange peel in the flavor, coriander, dash of pepper.

Pours a cloudy orange gold with a white bubbly head. Aroma of lemon and spice. Taste is sweeter than the aroma would suggest. I would consider it creamy in taste if it wasn't for the champagne like carbonation. It helps me burp. Unrefined but better than some if their other offerings. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle from mari’s. Pours clear yellow with a medium sized white head that dissipates quickly. The aroma is lemon zest, a bit of pepper, not too complex. The taste is dry, sweet orange, a bit of lemon tartness. A good wit.

Light, smooth. Punchy with wheat, citrus, and a hint of spice. Nice cold refreshing summer wit.

Decent, but fairly standard offering in their lineup. Cloudy, straw colored, nice yeast presence.

Draft at City Tap House in Philadelphia, PA. Pours a cloudy, dark golden yellow color with straw colored edges and a one finger, frothy white head that quickly settles into a thin ring. Sporadic spots of lacing left behind. The aroma of this beer is very spice forward with zesty pepper and coriander followed by bready yeast and citrus rind. The white pepper spiciness overpowers things a bit but as it warms, there more of a lemon juice and orange peel presence. Medium bodied and better balanced than the nose suggests. There’s still a prominent zesty spice flavor up front but the yeast and citrus flavors stand out a bit more. Lots of white pepper and coriander flavor followed by bread, banana and citrus rind. Sweet lemon juice presence in the tart finish. Refreshing, well balanced and easy to dink.

Draft Poured a hazy golden with a good white head. The head had good lasting and laced quite well. Had decent aroma of malt, hops, citrus, and spices. Had a great mouthfeel. A good finish with a pleasent aftertaste. Brewed a couple blocks from my house. I am happy theyb are here.
