2016-08-13. Hazy pink lemonade coloured body, small beige head. Aroma of lightly perfumed cherry fruit, floral and and lightly yeasty. Flavour is moderately sour throughout, pleasant fruity cherry, light yeast. Average bodied palate, soft carbonation. Enjoyable, but significantly less oomph to it than expected based on the description. 7/3-4/7/3/15-16 2104 vintage Bottle shared by Wilco.

Pours a light pink with a small white rim that leaves low lacing. Nose is of cherries, light cough syrup and soft brett. Taste is of cherries as well and moderately acidic, feeling quite authentic. Body is light to medium, carbonation moderate and mouthfeel a little thin but it is still interesting and quite refreshing. A pretty good american kriek!

bottle shared by tom10101, thanks bro! pours cloudy pink with a small white cap offering minimal retention and lacing. mineral berries, cherries of course, herbs, spices - cinnamon; crisp wheat, old grass, relatively complex flora with a bit of funk - lactic acidity mostly; salt. moderate carbonation - could be brighter; light body, dry and tart spicy finish. now, that is kind of close to a kriek, really. nice one.

Bottle (500 ml) shared at tasting. Thanks to Pier-Olivier for this one! Clear pale salmon with a small white leaving little lacing. Aroma is of sweet cherrries, mild spiciness, mild funky notes and herbal notes. Taste is moderately sweet and moderately acidic with sweet cherries, funky notes and mild spiciness. Light to medium body. Moderate carbonation. Fruity finish. Light, moderately our and quite easy drinking. Could use more cherries.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out funky notes, cherries, and a touch of acetic notes. Flavour is mildly funky, with muted cherries, medium funk and a little vinegar and acetic notes. Not an authentic lambic, but it’s really well-brewed. Very good.

Draft @ Pony, Streets and Andy Thurs 08.20.2015. 7-oz pour is dark rusty orange. Nose is semi-juicy sour cherry. Red fruity taste, medium tart and low-medium sour. Medium acidity. All-around good and well rounded. A tad watery but doesn’t hurt.
