2.4 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 9/20 callmemickey (1356) - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - OCT 28, 2012Hazy pale golden-yellow body, slight white head, not much staying power. Nose is apple cider vinegar, lemon, and must. Not particularly pleasant. Flavor carries over and is quite difficult to work through. Medium bodied, appropriate carbonation, unsettling acidity, muddled finish.

Draft July 2012...cloudy off white head...a little lacing, looks promising....sour combined with wheat...light and tangy with a zesty citrus aroma, would do well with a fresh strawberry

Draft at Capone’s. Clear red pour with no head. Subdued aroma is amvery wineish. Taste is heavily influenced by oak and grape skins. Tastes like a cabarnet. No sour at all. Oak is almost wrecking the grape flavors.

Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium white head. Aroma has mild lemony/wheaty tartness...reminds me of some berlinerweisses. Flavor is grapefruity...rindy...light lemon...very wheaty/yeasty...also reminiscent of tripels in a way. Mouthfeel is medium/full with a grapefruit/rindy finish.

1.8 AROMA 4/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 3/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 5/20 dmac (3168) - Toms River, New Jersey, USA - AUG 2, 2012
Draft at Capones. This was absolutely horrible. The aroma was a combination of dirty wet dish towels and sour milk. The flavor was actually worse, a combo of sour milk, spoiled lemons and rotting garbage. I couldn’t even finish the 4oz flight glass this came in.

Pours clear lemon yellow with a big white head. The aroma is lighter, some sweet pear like malts. The flavor brings notes of apple, a bit tart, settling with big wheat notes.
