Cask (Rake, London)
Simple honey aroma, Sulphury hoppy body. A bit ’eco’ - green and planty. Not good. (Allegedly the brewer thinks it’s crap too, we were told.)

Cask (handpump) @ White Horse on Parsons Green, 1-3 Parsons Green, London, Greater London England SW6 4UL.

Clear medium yellow amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, light hoppy, citrus, orange. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration, fresh. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft to flat. [20091231]

Cask conditioned at The Plough, Worcester. Pale gold with white head. Another light hoppy beer on our rapid visit to Worcester although this did have a touch of alcohol to give it an additional dimension. A sweetish finish, the beer is fine and drunk in the best pub in Worcester for me.
