500ml bottle (as Gold Miner)
Gold, ice-cream float head. Sweetish light hoppy aroma. Rich malty taste - grainy and dry resiny hops. Well balanced, and a little nutty.

[500ml bottle from Co-Op High Wycombe] Under "Goldminer alias. Beautiful copper colour with a lovely orangey flavour leading into a spicy hoppy aftertaste. However, itís spoiled by too much fizz.

3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 14/20
Bottled as Gold Miner from the Co-op. This golden ale has a well-balanced flavour with a nice dry finish. Good but nothing to write home about.

3.9 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 17/20
Bottle, Co-Op, Hoylake. Best beer amongst the prevailing dross in Co-Op. Deep Copper colour, thin white head, orange jostles nicely with the hops to leave a slightly metallic aftertaste.
Definitely worth a try.

2.6 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 4/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 10/20
Looks the part - a lovely copper gold. I also love a hoppy ale, which this one is, but if anything it is too bitter and dry, which is saying something, plus a tad metallicy. Overall - interesting.

4.3 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 18/20
(Co-op Goldminer).A cracker. Lively indeed when opened. Lasting soapy, foamy head toppping off a nice orange pint. Citrus to the fore, and plenty of it.
Nice little gem.

3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottled. Clear orange and a small, slightly off-white head that deposits a nice lacing. I found this beer quite low in sweetness across the board. The aroma is dry and hoppy, as is the taste. There is a slight initial malt flavour that quickly abates to the prominence of the hops. The finish is fairly bitter and medium in duration.
