4.5 AROMA 9/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 9/10 PALATE 5/5 OVERALL 18/20
Had on tap at Freetail .. . now this is a quality sour ale!! .. . pours a shimmering gold with low foam .. . amazing tartness, unique and fun .. . Donít listen to the pussies who say this is to sour, this is assertive, clean, and refined, and ultimately complex!.. . i canít wait til this goes into bottles, when it does iím hiring a school bus and all my friends and neighbors will be first in line so i can have all the bottles!!!.. . if this is put in caged 750ís and sold in belgium, this would be a world beater!! ..as long as i look happy doing it, people just think iím senile...

4 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 16/20
On tap at Freetail during the bottle release of Woodicus and Bandito. One of five sours on tap.
The beer pours a golden yellow color with a white head. The aroma is heavy on the wheat with some sour lemon notes mixed in. The flavor is similar, with a few other notes. I get a lot of lemon and wheat notes, but I also get some juicy tart cherries. The beer is very dry and very drinkable. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation. A very nice sour beer from a great brewpub.

3.2 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Tap at the pub. Pours a fairly clear golden color with very little head. †Aroma is sour fruit with a slight touch of vinegar. Lots of sour notes here. Flavor is quite tart an puckering sour. Some fruity flavor with a tingle left on the palate. After the initial shock of sour it starts to ease up a bit. Different from several other sours Iíve had.
