(Growler, courtesy of blutt59) Pours a lightly hazy yellow body with a small white head. Aroma of chamomile, vanilla, honey, coriander, urine cake (closer than I would ever want to get..), coconut, and “new car” scented air freshener. Flavor of chamomile, grass, light citrus, herbs, and toasted grain with a dry finish.

Growler thanks to blutt59 via bu11zeye. Pours with a hazed golden pour and a small and fading white head. Aroma of honey, tea, starch, cotton candy and candy corn. Taste is very herbal, cinnamon, over steeped tea and strongly tannic from tea. Light honey note, but bracingly tannic from the tea. Papery mouthfeel it is so tannic. Herbally. Like a bitter, over steeped tea. I like it more than the numbers suggest.

(Growler thanks to blutt59) clearish gold with oily bubbles. Nose of coconut, Zymol brand car wax, chamomile and oranges. Taste is herbal, chamomile, coconut, mild bitter soapiness. Finish is oily, slightly bitter and soapy.

Straight up grass. Makes me sleepy. Reminds me of a sleepy-time tea oversteeped.

On tap at RealTail Festival at Freetail. Pours a cloudy yellow gold with a small frothy white head that diminishes quickly to nothing. The aroma is an herbal tea and lemon. Medium mouthfeel with the taste matching the aroma with the herbal tea and honey. The chamomile way too overpowering in this one.

Had this one at the Freetail and Real Ale barrel-aged festival. The beer pours a golden color with a white head. The aroma is very strong chamomile with some yeast. The flavor is great. I get some chamomile, flowers, oranges and cherries. A very fruity saison that is very easy to drink. Medium mouthfeel and medium carbonation.
