tap at freetail. poured a deep amber with a cream head. nose is bread, yeast, vanilla, and spices. nice thickness, heavy yeast flavor, holiday spices, vanilla, and a doughy finish.

Tap at the brewpub. The smell is licorice, figs, cinnamon, and a lot of other stuff going on . The look is light brown in color with a thin beige head. The taste is cola, burnt cinnamon, spiced, and very unique.

stupid name, serious brew .. pours a dark amber .. . main players of light spice, dark fruit, and fig .. . light sweetness, a nice example of a fruited belgian xmas ale minus the spice .. . wynalda means retard .. . this would be nice on a cool texan evening! .. . all there, all there.. one short ...

On tap at Freetail Brewpub SA(9Jan11)pours light murky brown with a thin tan head. Aroma is all over the place. Oranges, fig, prune, dark fruity yeast, brown sugar. Flavor is rich brown sugar and caramel with honeysuckle and a spicy finish. Nice.

On tap at Freetail. Pours a hazy amber with a "fuzzy" off-white head and delicate lacing. Aroma is sweet, grassy and tart fruit. Medium carbonation. Flavor is raisin, honey, tart fruit with a hint of alcohol and sweetness. Nice.
