COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Untraditional Belgian-inspired beer brewed with raw wheat and 15% malted rye; seasoned with coriander and orange peel. Tongue-in-cheek take on an ancient classic of the beer world. Delicately spicy, but assertive enough to take on the richest of flavors.

Hazy yellow brew with lots of bubbles and decent head. Smells of coriander and spice. The taste is spicy with hits of the coriander and rye with a bit of the orange zest showing up in there. So far this is the best tasting brew from Freetail. Still donít like the can and wish it had more alcohol in it to make it more worth while to drink, so even though it is good I am not really planning on buying it again.

12 oz can (from Total Wine- Sleazy Park) served in a shaker- poured a murky yellow-orange color, low carbonation, 3mm head formed with nominal lacing upon the vessel. Aroma of wheat, rye, and yeast. Hits the mouth with a light body, malt tastes like it was interlaced with wheat nicely, middle has some pepper and coriander feel, finish has some rye on the backend of the tongue that makes me crave one of my ham and rye sandMIches that TexUGHtuckies will charge $20 for- and itís done halfass- and itís not good. Yea, thanks for that thought!

Aroma is rather faint but hints of wheat, orange and rye. Body is pretty clear for the style, cap is thin and bubbly. Flavor starts with coriander and fades into old wheat.

Can poured a clear gold with a small lasting white head. Aromas of coriander, rye, yeast and light citrus. Palate was light bodied and s!ooth with a dry finish. Flavors of rye, coriander, yeast and light citrus with a smooth dry lingering coriander finish.

Canned. Poured a slightly cloudy yellow gold. Bubbly and fizzy. Smells of wheat and orange peel. Little bit of rye but your standard acidic wheat otherwise.

Can. Pours a hazy gold with a high, large-grained, laxy, white head. Nose is medicinal, esters, white pepper, a little Band-Aid, and coriander. Sweet and peppery on the front of the tongue, with definite orange notes; on the back of the palate, it shifts into a more bitter and spicy edge. I donít really get a lot of rye, but itís there; itís definitely rye beer with training wheels. Finish moves back into sweetness. Pleasant enough, but nothing challenging or ground breaking.

Hazy, cloudy yellow in color... Aroma of light rye malts, spices, bready malts.... Flavor is light fruity and crisp, rye spices, wheat malts... Solid, easy drinking

Clear golden with a quiet but present rye wheat doughiness and a bit of spicy grass hops. Flavor is wheaty and spicy with some coriander and earthy rye, quiet and subdued but nuanced and uncomplicatedly cool.

On tap at the brewpub in the outskirts of San Antonio. Hazy light yellowgold with a semi-durable white head that leaves a little bit of lacing. Complex arom is lemony, spicy and bready. Flavor: more hoppy than suggested by the aroma. Lemon, banana, light malts and a good bit of spicy rye. Well balanced and somewhat layered. . O: a spicy and intersting wit beer. Recommended.

Pours a light creamy yellow color. Smell is strongly wheat and lesser so of lemon. Very wheaty flavor. Very witty. Seems like a solid witbier . Drinkable and enjoyable.
