Bottle share at the satellite 10k tasting at the craft clerko. Hazed golden colour small white head. Aroma is sour, funky, horsey, musty with some sweetness. Flavour is big puckering sour, apple granny smith, nice stuff. Palate is really clean puckering, sour. Big clean bitterness.

UPDATED: AUG 21, 2014 Bottle thanks to Thomas. It pours cloudy orange with a small white head. The nose is big wood, earth, musty, damp oak, leaf, vanilla and marshmallow. The taste is crisp, tart, kumquat, orange peel, tangerine, sherbet, light acidity, wood, good mouth-pucker and white wine with a crisp, tart finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Pretty delicious, but the acidity gets to you after a while.

Bomber to taster at NatiFest (shared by alexsdad06). Looks solid; a transparent golden orange with white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells tart, funky, fruity, and vinous with a touch of spice. Tastes like it smells with a solid mouthfeel. Enjoyable.

Bottle tasted at Natifest. Mostly clear golden color. Thin off-white head. Leaves good bits of lace. Smooth, kind of soft, lighter carbonation. More dry finish. Nice moderate sour taste. Light sweet. Good bright pale tropical fruit aroma, light spice, some oak. Mild funk. Nice enjoyable bright refreshing sour.

In short: A complex, fruity and flowery-perfumy blonde ale with a great rural character. Lovely.
How: Bottle 22oz, consumed with some age one it (more than one year old). Bottle sent to me by drunkenpolack, thanks a lot Dave.
The look: Shining dark-blonde body topped by a small white head.
In long: Nose is rural funk (musty, musk, horse blanket) along with scented countryside flowers, chamomile, tropical fruits. In mouth the beer has a nice chewy-doughy texture with soft bubbles. Taste has plenty of tropical, apricots and exotic fruits, very nice complex fruitiness here. This complex fruity flavor blends very well with the fun flowery-perfumy flavors. A medium presence of woody white wine barrels. No tannins here. This Sour/Wild Ale (current ratebeer style) is really not that wild and certainly not sour. This beer is drinkable to the point of being sessionable, my 22oz was more than easy to drink, I could have kept going on that stuff all night. A very interesting creation, I’m having a hard-time finding the right words to describe it, and it is not often nowadays that I find an excellent beer that takes me to new territories. A truly original beer. Not to say my life lacks excitement but this was the most pleasant surprise I had since I found an extra McNugget in my value meal.

Bottle courtesy of a recent Tampa Tasting. Pours a hazy yellow-gold with a white head. Nose is citrus, oak, lemon, vinegar, and some light fruit with sourness. Flavor is similar- citrus, oak, lemon, vinegar, and light fruit combined with a nice burst of sour. Light to medium in body and a nice sour overall.
