Bottled 33cl. Bought in Lörrach. Slight wet sock reminiscence in the finish. Good balance. A pleasant beer.

Light gold color. Aroma of hops, grain, & light malt. Finish is slightly bitter. Solid pilsner.

Sorry for the german rating, but this is a lousy rating from my "newbie" time (2007-2009), and it’s not worth of being translated. I just added it for the statistics, and to complete my backlog!
Im Glas zeigt sich ein prachtvolles Pils, goldgelb, mit mittelhoher, stabiler, feiner Krone. Es duftet wunderbar hopfig und dezent herb. Der Antrunk ist ebenfalls angenehm frisch hopfig, relativ herb und minimal malzig im Hintergrund. Zur Mitte hin mischt sich noch eine leichte Süße, ohne dass das ausgeprägte Hopfenaroma Einstiche machen muss... Könnte man allerdings als kleines Manko bezeichnen, denn mit der Zeit wirkt das Freiburger Pilsner etwas ZU herb und hopfig, ein wenig mehr Malz und Süße hätte hier sicherlich nicht schlecht getan. Ansonsten ein gut trinkbares Durchschnittspils.

bottle. Clear yellow colour, mid-sized white head. Good hoppy nose. Elegant, light-bodied, yet solid malty base with lots of grassy-herbal hops.

Bottle 33cl. Nice clean crisp pilsener, satisfying mouthfeel, good aromatic hops but this is nothing special. Refreshing.

Bottle at the Mercury Hotel Panorama, Freiburg. Slightly bitter front that lingers the entire experience. A refreshing palate, but nothing really beyond that.

Bottle 33cl, a clear yellow beer with medium head and thin structure; nose is very hopy on grassy and vegetable side. Aroma is grassy and dry with a vegetable like bitterness, finish is not so pleasant on veg and metallic notes very dry and peppery.

Clear light to medium yellow color with a average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, toasted, light to moderate cabbage water and cardboard. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruit. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. Bottled(330ml). -Golden coloured, medium sized white head, dusty nose. Very grainy, weak malty and slightly watery with odd touch of boiled cauliflower in the finish. One-dimensional beer.

Tab. Has a nice look on it with its foamy thick head. I had this in Freiburg in a pub. Despite the look it’s a thin tasting pilsener with very little flavour apart from it’s slight bitterness.
