On tap in the Wildeman. Poured a murky yellow with a healthy white head. Aroma of floral hops with wheat and spices. Flavour is of coriander and some light floral hops. Haven’t really rated any Braustelle/Freigeist before, this is a distinct improvement, nice session beer.

With Z, pours a cloudy hazy light yellow orange color with a sudsy white head. Nose is salty, ’ beachy ’ with spicy aromatics.Taste is salty, but not overwhelmingly so, and tangy in an ever so refreshing and pleasant way. Finish is dry, long and pleasantly pungent. Very nice gose. Quaff score 8 / 10

Bottle from Matt McCue. Thanks, bro. I split the bottle with Amy. Pours mostly clear with a slightly cloudy appearance. Nose is lime jello, cardamom, coriander, and pine. Taste is very similar with a tart but not sour flavor and a perfect dry finish.

Sampled at tasting. Pours pale hazy yellow with medium head. Aroma is fresh with a sour touch, but not too sour just enough to be inviting, notes of citrus, bread and herbs. Taste is very fresh, dry, prickly with CO2 and a very nicely balanced taste. Well done!
