3.9 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
On tap in the Wildeman. Poured a murky yellow with a healthy white head. Aroma of floral hops with wheat and spices. Flavour is of coriander and some light floral hops. Haven’t really rated any Braustelle/Freigeist before, this is a distinct improvement, nice session beer.

3.3 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 5/5 TASTE 6/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Bottle, as Freigeist Spruced Gose. Pours slight hazy golden, large white head that dissipates slowly and leaves nice lacing. Aroma is wheat, coriander, pine. Flavor is light tart, light bitter, too much coriander, pine/spruce notes are a bit odd. Little salt apparent. Light body, Not terrible.

3.4 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 13/20
Bottle... Pours hazy and yellow with a mid-sized, fluffy, white head. Good retention. The aroma consists of cereal grains and lemon peels accompanied by hints of evergreen, coriander and cracker malt. Medium-bodied with a lightly creamy mouthfeel and lazy carbonation. The flavor is grainy and bready, flanked by a hint of acidity and a rumor of salt. Crisp, bready, tongue-numbing finish with whispers of acidity and salt. This would benefit from more acidity and salt.

3.1 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 4/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 10/20
The beer starts sourish-fresh, hints of herbs, probably a bit salty as well. The mainpart is slightly sourish, not too much herbs noticeable. Slightly salty-sourish till the end. Interesting!
