Bottle shared by nuplastikk. Thanks greg! Peaty and a bit salty. Very interesting style that i would like to look into more. Decent tropical fruit kick in there too. Very cool beer.

Bottle from Matt McCue. Thanks, bro. I split the bottle with Amy. Pours mostly clear with a slightly cloudy appearance. Nose is lime jello, cardamom, coriander, and pine. Taste is very similar with a tart but not sour flavor and a perfect dry finish.

Tap at Capitol Beer in Sacramento, CA. Pours gold with a white head. Aroma of fruit, something green, with a hint of salt? Med body. Flavor seems bready, with wheat, mild fruit, something green and a touch of salt. Finishes fruity with a touch of salt.

Shared bottle at the RBWG-2015. Hazy unappealing yellow color with a decent head. Odd floral - tart funky aroma. Add is common with sours the flavor is much more appealing. Moderately tart.

Sampled at tasting. Pours pale hazy yellow with medium head. Aroma is fresh with a sour touch, but not too sour just enough to be inviting, notes of citrus, bread and herbs. Taste is very fresh, dry, prickly with CO2 and a very nicely balanced taste. Well done!

This is some tasty stuff. It’s very cloudy yellow w/ a foamy white head. It’s nose is slightly bready w/ a nose that seems almost hoppy w/ slight notes of lemon zest and pine needles. This is dry but full bodied w/ a light but mouth-filling tartness that makes it wonderfully drinkable. It finishes w/ a touch of citrus sourness and just a bit of a mineral quality on the back of the tongue. I don’t know if anyone really knows what gose is supposed to taste like but hopefully it’s something like this because this is pretty awesome.
