Draft. Light golden pour with white head. Smoked tart aromas. Weird. Flavor follows with a smoky front and slight try sour tone.

On tap at Northdown. A decent bit of acidity, but the smoke character is far too heavy for the beer.

Tap at The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours hazy lemony gold ith a 4 finger creamy white head - stiff like meringue. Nice sour citrus aroma with a touch of something I can’t pin down. Med minus body. It’s decently sour, fairly earthy/bretty - but there’s an odd smoky aspect. Well, I guess that’s what it is. Actually works into the mix rather well. It’s really light and refreshing. In a wild smoky citrus way.

On draught at Gourmet Haus. Light smoke and lemon marry on the aroma. Very hazy honey-gold with white head that falters but leaves massive lacing. Tart sourness follows thru with more pronounced smoke. Finishes very dry.

On tap at The Trappist. Pours cloudy yellow with a decent off-white head and a sour fruit aroma. There is a smoky fruity light malt flavor with a dry finish.

Draught at Beer Trappe. White wine. Spicy throughout. A bit of wit in body and aroma. Lemon tart. Pretty decent.

Tap @ wildeman. Hazy yellow pour, thin white head. Aroma is spicy, slightly funky, some basement and meaty. Flavor is slightly sour, bitter, some sweetness, very refreshing. A bit messy, but well drinkable. Interesting brew.

Was gonna skip this one, but then I saw that borresteijn, number one sour hater, thought it was nice... Wtf this must be awesome. Draft @ wildeman. Aroma is spicy sourness, lacto and slight brett it seems. Flavour is dry refreshing green apple, some spicy notes. Would love this as a session ale in the summer.

On tap at In de Wildeman. Hazy golden yellow colour, dense white head. Aroma of light beechwood smoke, light citrus tartness, light sour, wheat. Flavour is light smoked, subtle sour/tartness, lemon, hint of funk, light sour citrus finish. Light-bodied. Nice.
