500ml bottle, from Party Source. Shared. ABV is listed as 5%. Why is this listed as a fruit beer? Should probably be changed to gose. Hazy golden orange color. Thin little white ring of white head, kind of bubbly. Just a couple dots and bits of lace. Pretty light body. Like 3.5% light. Smooth, very light carbonation. Lightly dry texture. Pretty refreshing and very easy to drink. Good wheat texture, and nice saltiness. Light creaminess in both texture and flavor... Hint of citrus. Little bit of pilsnery taste. Moderate sweet taste, good light to moderate tart taste, and very nice moderate saltiness. Pretty tasty, satisfying gose.

Bottle thanks to Alemax. Pours hazy yellow orange with rapidly settling white head. Almost no lacing. Aroma is citrus, funky, lightly acidic, coriander. Flavor is citrus, moderate coriander, slightly tart, with a wheaty finish. Soft carbonation, medium body, and chewy texture. Light, refreshing and drinkable.

Bottle: straw colour, hazy, pours with this head and then dissipates with weak lace. Wet hair, dank lees, pale grain, citrus and slight sour note. Dry, slightly sour palate and low bitterness. Fresh palate and nice long flavor. Medium to light weight. Quenching. Rustic. Moderate carbonation.

Love the old time feel of the black and white photo on the label. Pours a hazy light yellow color. This is one of my favorite styles. Has a light tart note in the aroma along with a slight woodsy tinge to it. Sweet tart is what first comes to my mind because the taste is light lemonade. There is an acidic burst that flames out but is quite nice. The bottle was gone very, very fast.

500 ml bottle. Pours clear straw color with moderate head. Aromas of wet wool, cereal, and light citrus. Flavors of lemons, ginger, and sharp sap/ resin. It’s got the salt. Interesting but not a repeat.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out spruce notes, some tart lemony notes, straw, and maybe some salt. Flavour brings out some light juniper berries, some dry tart grape skins, a touch of salt, and straw. Finishes slightly salty, dry and moderately tart. Hugely drinkable, with everything working in harmony. Great stuff.

Quite an honour to be the 10th person to review this beer... Obviously the Danes have yet to grab a bottle;) and for this to show up on the West Coast of Canada is pretty amazing. Thin dissipating white head and minute sediment filled gold body. Nose of tart white grape skins and nail polish. Good salty face, high carbonation across the tongue with a mild corn and lemon finish. Good.
