3.5 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
Cloudy orange color with fast decaying foam. Light sour, rhubarb fruity smell. Milky sour with fruity rhubarb taste, that works well with the salty flavor. Fruity and refreshing aftertaste with fine carbonation.

500 ml bottle from Belivio. Pale canary yellow, pretty hazy, with a small, creamy but not too persistent bright white head. Almost wit like smell in the beginning, so wheaty and wet hay like, solid bready/biscuity presence, a hint of grass and some pleasent but uknown to me notes. I guess it’s the rhubarb ? Quite extreme even during the first sip: moderately sweet upfront, but then you get smacked by a tart, puckering and salty presence. Subtle and volatile bitterness, a hint of honey and fresh mature peaches. More than average dryness, which i find pretty much perfect. Ridicolously drinkable and refreshing. Average to lively carbonation, medium body, slightly oily texture. Great.

3.8 AROMA 8/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 8/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 15/20
The beer is a pale, milky yellow. It’s clouded over, a solid block of color. Smallish white head. The aroma is strawberries on top of fresh wheat and a light lactic sourness. It’s all rather mild but nice. Nice yogurt twang. The taste is mildly sour, just gentle lactic yogurty flavor. Some more of that semi-tart strawberry/rhubarb flavor and a pleasantly spicy wheaty sweetness. Full body, particularly for the abv. Easy to drink. Low-ish carbonation. Refreshing and tasty.

3.5 AROMA 7/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 15/20
Bottle, shared by me... in my dining room... just now.
Pours a pale straw color with a smallish head & some spotty lacing on the glass.
The aroma is lemony with some lactic yogurt twang. The fruitiness is mellow as is the yeasty dough.
The flavor is pleasantly sour with a weird sweet-tart-candy thing happening throughout. There is some rhubarb for sure as is there a good bit of yogurty sourness. The beer is dry without much bitterness.
Enjoyable for sure
