Pale more murk than cloudy golden with no head. Fairly faint creamy malt edge, soft rooty herb and little else. Very passable tart clocked initial taste, soft carbonation only aids a watery but tinny cloudy lemonade unsweetened middle. Finish is clean, little bit brassy squeak of bitterness over and above what preceeded, and faintest earthy fruit linger. Thank fupp there’s little of the rhubarb involved. Keg, Tapped Leeds.

Keg at The Font, Chorlton. Hazy yellow with barely any head. Aroma is marmalade fruity. Burst of fruits on the tongue; lemon, peach and apricot were in my mind more than rhubarb. Probably the first gose where I’ve really noticed the salt too. Pretty good stuff.

A light yellow beer with a white and meadium head. The nose has lemon, some sourness, spices and hint of rhubard. Taste has medium sourness, lemon, light wheat, spices, some rhubarb. Light+ bodied, fresh and easy. Good beer, balanced sourness with some rhubarb. Refreshning.

Echte klasse.

Bottle from the brewery. Pours out in a hazy light dirty amber colour with low head and medium body. Aroma of acid, light fruits and wheat. Taste of acid, unripe rhubarb, wheat, nuts, light bread and light vinegar. Wonderful to drink, very special. Enjoyed it a lot.

On tap @ Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014. This is a cloudy kinda straw yellow colored one, only a small white head that quickly fades. Smells really good actually. It has this fruity rhubarb dessert theme with apples and lots of melon zest. Some yeast traces as well. Yeah, it smells really good. Soft sour flavors, really fruity, lots of grass here also and some citrus fruits. Yeah, high quenchibility potential this one. I could have a few of these. 02.05.2014

Tap at CBC 2014. Beer in the glass golden, small head. Mild malty sweetish aroma. Starts quite sourish, fruity, very light notes of rhubarb. Well balanced finish, malty, less sourish. Nice!
