The beer is a pale, milky yellow. It’s clouded over, a solid block of color. Smallish white head. The aroma is strawberries on top of fresh wheat and a light lactic sourness. It’s all rather mild but nice. Nice yogurt twang. The taste is mildly sour, just gentle lactic yogurty flavor. Some more of that semi-tart strawberry/rhubarb flavor and a pleasantly spicy wheaty sweetness. Full body, particularly for the abv. Easy to drink. Low-ish carbonation. Refreshing and tasty.

Bottle, shared by me... in my dining room... just now.
Pours a pale straw color with a smallish head & some spotty lacing on the glass.

The aroma is lemony with some lactic yogurt twang. The fruitiness is mellow as is the yeasty dough.

The flavor is pleasantly sour with a weird sweet-tart-candy thing happening throughout. There is some rhubarb for sure as is there a good bit of yogurty sourness. The beer is dry without much bitterness.

Enjoyable for sure

500 ml bottle. Pours a hazy straw/yellow with fine white head. Aromas of lemons, apples. wheat, and chalk. Flavors of lemons, limes, at bit of wheat and good dose of salt. Somewhat tart - just enough to make it interesting.

500ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, golden colour with small to average, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Wheaty, fruity aroma, anticipatory hints of salt and tartness, a very cautious touch of wet, smoky straw. Taste is moderately tart, lemon juice tartness, subtle fruity sweetness with rhubarb notes. OK.

500mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Nose is quite mellow, with light notes of wheat, salt, and some fruitiness, though I’d not guess rhubarb if I didn’t know. Flavour is along the same lines, with a musty, earthy wheaty quality upfront, with medium saltiness, and not much notice from the rhubarb. Smooth and drinkable, with a decent body. Nothing special, but well-made.
