500ml bottle pours hazy pale orange with small head. Nose is minerally tart lemon, light rhubarb and strawberry, salty grain and cereal. Taste is similar with crisp acidity, low carbonation, lemon, rhubarb, some lacto, strawberry, salty grain, cereal. Finish is tart cereal grain, lacto, minerally fruit. Touch more carb would have been nice. Solid.

Lukaduke (2398) - Portland, Maine, USA - NOV 16, 2014
500ml. Pours a hazy light golden straw color with a half finger of fizzy gaseous bubbles. Nose is a mix of cheerio wheat driven malt mixed with tart rhubarb and some lemon zest. Palate follows nicely with solid balance from tartness and shredded wheat character. Could use a touch more prickly on the mouthfeel but the rhubarb is a seamless palate transition and is done really well !

10oz on tap, at Liberty’s I think. Mostly hazy golden, slight orange color. Thin ring of white head. Loose dots and bits of lace. Medium body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. Light slick finish. Great kind of herbal strawberry aroma. Lightly spicy. Light hint of belgian yeast. Medium plus body. Smooth, kind of crisp, lighter carbonation. Moderate zesty taste, moderate sweet, light bitter. Tasty, interesting stuff to try. Kind of refreshing. Good stuff.

50cl bottle. Low carbonation, hazy golden, almost no head. Refreshing stuff. Quite tart, with lemon and mild spicy notes, rhubarb there as well when you know it. Finish has some salty notes and tartness. Enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours hazy golden, small slightly fizzy white head, dissipates fairly quickly leaving a nice ring and decent lacing. Aroma is salty, wheat, lemon, coriander - not getting rhubarb on the nose at all. Flavor is light sweet and light plus tart, spritzy, lemony, perhaps rhubarb, but it certainly is not a dominant feature. Light body, salty finish. Tasty implementation.

lusikka (6603) - Tampere, FINLAND - NOV 8, 2014
500 ml bottle. Pours a hazy golden colour. Small head. Aroma of rhubarb juice, some strawberries and pie crust. Flavour of rich rhubarb tartness, mild yeastiness, bread, mild caramel sweetness and salt water. Surprisingly heavy mouthfeel. Very good drinkability. Unique.

500ml bottle from Sr. Lúpulo, Gijón.02-11-2014.
BBD: not found, suppose to be relatively fresh. In short: nice and peculiar sour beer.
Pours hazy golden with some creamy white head. Short head retention, poor lacing. Grapy, spicy, citrusy aromas. Light body, high carbonation, crispy texture. Taste is some sweet, subtle sour presence, citrusy and of course salty. Quite well integrated flavours, not an easy task to do when having quite peculiar aspects. Well executed beer.

Keg, The Kean’s Head, Nottz, 05/10/14. Pretty gutted to find this listed as SHV- still a proper undiluted gose eludes me. Opaque ochre capped with a dense white collar. Intense sweet galangal and apricot-like sherbet-sprinkled aroma. Discreet salt dabs, big juicy wine gum fruit zing of sherbet in the Belgian camp finished with a fine balanced tang of sourness. Fibrous rhubarb and rhubarb and custard sweets on the belch. Beautiful and unusual- even 7.2K beers into the adventure.

Säuerliche Fruchtaromen, blumig-fruchtig. Geschmack geht stark in Richtung Rhabarber, zudem leichtes Erdbeere- und Zitrusaroma.
