30/06/2012 Ma che siete venuti a fà (tap). Rosata, torbida, schiuma biancastra abbondante. Al naso è sgradevole, sentori acidi, di yogurt, formaggio, muffa, fogna, man mano che si apre emergono sempre più note fruttate. In bocca è l’equivalente in birra di uno yougurt ai frutti rossi, tutto sommato buona, molto meglio di quanto l’aroma lasciasse intendere. Corpo medio, carbonazione soft. Impegnativa.
