Keg at North Bar, Leeds. Pours a hazy yellow, small receding head. Aroma is apricot, quince and sour funk. Taste is sour and salty up front, with a definite quince note, some citrus. Thin-ish body, sharp, dry finish, with the flavour lingering. Really nice indeed.

Draft Friends of Ham Leeds, Clear hazy straw colour with minimal head which was white in colour. Amazing punch of salty almost white wine flavour on the initial intake. after a moment on the palette the citrus fruit flavours come through and leaves you with a pleasing subtle ashy bitterness. Very refreshing beer enjoyed by the 1/3 pint. Great starter to the evening and I feel this would pair very well with salads on a summers day.

Draught at Hamnmästaren, Malmö, as Freigeist Geisterzug Gose Quinced
Cloudy golden color with creamy head. The aroma is fruity, sweet, clearly quince jam. The mouthfeel is weak but soft, dry; the flavor is mildly sour and lactic, salty, truly Gose, with light fruity character; low bitterness; light breadish touch in the final. Good balance, freshness, drinkability.
Very good.

Tap @ In de Wildeman, as Geisterzug Gose Quinced. Hazy golden color, short head. Aroma of pear, apple, apparently that is the quince I didnt knew about, some wheat. Slight sour and slight sweet, quite fruity sourness actually. Strange beer and at first I didnt know whether I really liked it, but it turned out to be such a nice and refreshing drinker.
